4. No False Outcome Guarantee

Thibstas Academy is focused on practical capability-building. However, we do not guarantee jobs, income, internships, business success, admissions, promotions, placements, freelancing revenue, or any fixed personal or professional result.

• Results depend on learner effort, attendance, discipline, implementation, communication, practice, and market conditions.
• Certificates, participation, assignments, or program completion do not automatically guarantee employment or income.
• We provide structure, direction, learning support, and capability-building environments. The learner is responsible for execution.

5. Applications and Admissions

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, admission, scholarship, internship, placement, or program access. Thibstas Academy reserves the right to accept, reject, shortlist, or request additional information from any applicant.

6. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

7. Learner Responsibilities

Learners are expected to participate sincerely and maintain professional conduct during programs, workshops, assignments, reviews, online sessions, offline sessions, communication groups, and collaboration activities.

• Attend sessions on time.
• Complete assignments honestly.
• Respect mentors, team members, peers, faculty, and partners.
• Avoid plagiarism, misconduct, harassment, abuse, spam, or misuse of learning material.
• Use provided tools and resources responsibly.

8. College and Institutional Collaborations

Colleges, departments, placement cells, E-Cells, universities, schools, academies, and institutions may submit collaboration or MoU enquiries through the website. Submission of a form does not create a binding partnership.
